Mint flower honey is one of the rarest and most popular types of honey in Vietnam because of its unique delicious flavor and high nutritional value.
Sanh Nhien mint flower honey is harvested manually at the garden, fully certified and meets food hygiene and safety standards.
Outstanding features:
- Color: Lemon yellow or light green, transparent.
- Flavor: Sweet, cool, faintly minty, with astringent taste.
- Contains menthol: Brings a cool feeling, helps relieve coughs, clears phlegm, and is effective antibacterial.

Methods of preservation:

- Use a clean, dry spoon or utensil to scoop out the honey.
