Payment policy
- When you place an order, the shipping service will deliver it to your address and receive payment when you are satisfied and agree to buy the product. Depending on the customer's address, delivery time can be from 12 to 72 hours.
- Home delivery requests need to have accurate information about the recipient, address, and phone number. Some special cases such as: large order value (over 10 million VND), evening delivery time (6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.), difficult to determine delivery address, remote area. Sanh Nhien staff will check and agree on the specific delivery method.
2. Payment by bank transfer - delivery via delivery service
- After receiving payment via bank transfer, Sanh Nhien staff will package the product and deliver it to the courier unit. Shipping service will deliver goods to your address. Depending on the customer's address, shipping time will be from 12 to 72 hours.

3. Shipping fee + product insurance fee
- Shipping fee: Free nationwide for orders from 500,000 VND. Shipping fee for orders under 500,000 VND depends on your area.
- Product insurance fee: Free insurance for all orders. During transportation, if damage or loss occurs, the customer will be compensated 100% of the product value at the time of sale.
4. Other cases
- Customers have special requests: ship goods to another party such as a garage, express delivery, plane, acquaintance or other shipping unit of your choice. Costs and any risks during transportation are not Sanh Nhien's responsibility.
